Ing. Eva Kocurkova, MS, Nutrition Science, studied human nutrition at Slovakia's Faculty of Agriculture in Nitra and Pedagogy. In her practice, she emphasizes the causes of various diseases from the point of view of nutrition. Her comprehensive approach to nutrition includes biochemical analyses, targeted blood analyses, and specific vitamins and minerals the body lacks. Autism and nutrition have an interesting history. That there is a connection between nutrition and autism is documented. There is a behavioral component with trainers in the use of easily prepared food reinforcers, obesity, dental disease, and diabetes that our team will investigate. Our goal is to determine the most efficient and nutritious approach to using food as reinforcers.
She is a member of the State Commission of the Ministry of Health for the field of Nutrition Consultant. Ing. Kocurková prepared over 40 professional athletes for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
